Cancelation Policy

Although B.A.C.T. makes every effort to provide a safe facility and safe dance instruction, I understand that dance and performing, like all physical endeavors, can be hazardous and there is a possibility of accidental injury, property damages or death in extreme cases. In consideration for attending dance classes at B.A.C.T., I agree to release B.A.C.T. and it’s Director, Amy S. Lowe, it’s instructors, assistants, volunteers and students from liability in the event of physical or emotional injury, property damage, or death. I understand that I am relinquishing all rights and claims against B.A.C.T., its Director, instructors, assistants, volunteers and students. Further, I understand that I am relinquishing these claims on behalf of myself, other members of our family (families), or heirs, and our assigns, executors or representatives. I understand the conditions and information set forth in this document and agree to the terms. I am aware of the legal consequences of signing this instrument. I hereby waive any cause of action against Ballet Arts Conservatory of Tallahassee, Inc., its Director, instructors, assistants, volunteers and students. I also waive all rights of entitlement concerning such loss.
